CodeClause provides digital services (software development, design, and related services). We do not ship any physical goods. This policy explains how our services are delivered.
All deliverables — such as source code, website files, application builds, design files, and documentation — are delivered electronically. Delivery methods include email, secure download links, version control repositories (e.g., Git), cloud storage, or deployment to your hosting environment, as agreed in the project scope.
Because each project is custom, delivery timelines are defined in the project proposal or quotation before work begins. Typical timelines:
Timelines may vary depending on project complexity and the timely provision of content and feedback from the client.
For larger projects, deliverables may be released in stages (milestones). Each milestone is shared with you for review as it is completed.
Once a deliverable is sent or deployed, we will notify you by email. Please review and confirm receipt. If you do not receive an expected delivery, contact us immediately.
As we deal only in digital services, there are no shipping charges and no physical courier or postal delivery is involved.
For questions about delivery, contact us at official@codeclause.com or via our Contact page.
